Floral Dress, Part 2

 Do you like dresses, Sarah? YES. LOVE THEM. In fact, of the 23 dresses that I own, this one is my favorite. (23, is that a lot? When paired with the 25 skirts? Maybe a closet edit is in need.) This dress, you may remember from my bright red hair days, seen in this post and worn quite differently. Proof that accessories make all the difference.

Dress in Stripes

Is there anything easier to wear than a dress? Really? On a beautiful day such as this, it erases any questions of 'what top will go with these shorts/skirts/pants?' and vice versa. Just throw it on, add a belt, a subtly contrasting print flat pointy shoe, and the chunky chain necklace from my last post to toughen it all up. Don't do the hair. Don't even go crazy on makeup, though a red lip would've looked fab. Easy breezy. As summer should be.

Blue Kimono

Remember this awesome kimono that I was oh so lucky to inherit? Well, I have another one.  A shorter, brighter, more jacket-style.. or pj style.. one. And once again, I am rockin' it with cutoff shorts. It's a deep bond- me and my cutoffs. :)

 It's been a while since I've done an outfit post. As you probably notice, I have a new do, cut and color. Big fan of the cut. Wake up with better hair then what I went to bed with, always a plus. Not a fan of the color. I'm afraid it's a bit dark on me. But boy does it make the eyes pop!

What do you think about the necklace? Thick bronze chain and a nice pendant. It will be up in the Etsy shop soon. Honestly, it's one of my favorites and I hate to see it go. It toughens up so many outfits and I love that kind of contrast. It will be a sad goodbye.
