Got some new NB kicks. My joggers were worn. And now these do double duty:
- Great for running around the UC. Ventilated, lightweight and comfortable. Which makes it perfect for...
- Running. (yeah, it's a duh) There happens to be a fantastic walking/running/blading park just down the road from where I work.
Let's call it triple duty, because these things are pretty too :) Every runner has a brand preference. What's yours?
So here's a little (but very important) trivia for you..
Q. How often should you replace your running shoes?
A. Every 300-400 miles. If you run on roads, you'll need to replace them sooner then if you run on a treadmill. Running in old shoes is the best way to get an injury!
