Fit Friday: ABS

It's the holidays. And let's face it- those cookies, pies, breads, and cakes aren't going to eat themselves, right? Munch away, by all means, savor every bite- in moderation. Just throw in a few extra ab workouts to beat the bulge ;)

Wow, just creating this post makes me want to work on mine! The great thing about abs, is that you can work on them every day. I don't show mine off very often. Not a fan of belly shirts or crop tops. But, no kidding, I used to have abs like this:

 
Going from that to this , tho it's not bad, it just ain't cool.

  1. That's just crazy! I really don't think I'm ever gonna have abs like that, and I'm honestly not too concerned about - I'm not one that would want to show them off anyhow (being a very modest person.) You are really working out these days, aren't you Sarah? Make sure to eat enough! ;D
