Because being fit is important to living.
Because 1 1/2 months ago the docs confirmed I was using only half of my lungs.. and I'm now in the clear for exercising again. And I have been, for two weeks now, and its GREAT. That's my personal reason. =)
Because there's a HUGE difference between fit and skinny.
Because food is more enjoyable when you don't punish yourself for it.
Because life is so much fun when you have the energy to go through it.
Because tracking your weight sucks, and muscles are awesome.
Because you won't be in your 20's forever.
Because there is nothing like that feeling after a good workout.

And my personal reason:
I've always found the motivation to run after watching Zombieland. Heed the cardio rule.
And for you visual people out there, how's this for motivation?
One thing you will not see is a weight loss diet.
The big mac will not kill you. Don't let it OCD your mind. Do not punish your body for it. Just enjoy it, and move on.

Tell us about the workout you just did that rocked you, b*tch about your time on your run, or the body part that is just so stubborn lately, sound it out! At least you're trying. =)
